Can I book a parking space for today?
Yes it is always possible to book a parking space for the same day. However, Day Trip Parking, Lunch Parking and Dinner Parking have a fixed start time and must therefore be booked before the start time.
I want to extend my booking, is that possible?
It is not possible to extend bookings. However, you can make a new booking and then re-enter the car park on this new booking.
What is Interparking online booking?
With Interparking online booking you can book and pay for your parking space online. You can simply drive into the car park after submitting your car registration number. When you leave the car park within the reservation period, you don’t have to pay at the ticket machine.
I want to book a parking space online. How does it work?
Choose a date at the product you want to book and click on the blue button with the text ‘reserve’. Once you have made your choice, you can continue with the following steps: 2. Enter personal details 3. Entry 4. Payment 5. Summary. When your payment has been successfully processed, you will automatically reserve an e-mail confirmation of your reservation.
Will you send me a parking ticket?
No. You can simply enter the car park after submitting your car registration number.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (at the e-mail address submitted).
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until 4 hours before the start of your reservation period. To cancel your reservation, log in on the reservations page of your personal account. You can select and cancel your reservation in the overview list. You will then receive an automatically generated e-mail, containing a voucher for the amount paid (a code with the value of the reservation you just cancelled). This voucher is valid for 1 year after the cancellation date.
What are the payment options?
You can prepay your online booking with iDEAL, Mastercard or VISA. If you parked for a longer period than the period you reserved for, you have to pay for the extra time at the ticket machine.
What do I do if there are problems when entering or exiting the car park?
The entrance and exit gates all have a ‘Help’ button, connecting you to our central surveillance room. You can contact us 24/7. Explain your problem to the operator.
What happens if the car park displays that it is 'FULL'?
You can always drive into the car park with a valid reservation. Your reservation means that you are guaranteed a space.

How do I drive into the car park with my online reservation?
License plate:
1. Drive up to the ticketmachine at the entrance. It may take a few seconds for the system to recognize your license plate registration number. 2. As soon as your car is identified, the system will issue a parking ticket. Use this ticket to exit the car park when you want to leave. If your registration number is not recognized within a few seconds, press the Intercom button and ask the operator what you should do. Make sure you bring your confirmation. 3. On leaving, you can insert your parking ticket in the card reader at the exit barrier. If you leave before the reservation period has expired, the barrier will go up. This may take a few seconds.Do I get assigned a specific parking space when I make a reservation?
No, you are free to park your car in any empty bay. We guarantee that there will always be a free space for you if you reserve online.
How do I exit the car park?
You can simply insert your parking ticket into the card reader at the exit.
What happens if I stay longer than what I reserved for?
Any extra parking time will be charged at the regular parking rate. You should pay for the extra time at the ticket machine before leaving.
If I leave sooner, do I get any money back?
No, we do not offer any money back.
How soon before using the car park can I reserve a space?
You should make your reservation at least 1 hour before you want to use the car park.
What about the privacy of my data?
Interparking collects personal data, details about click and surfing behavior and transactions via the website of Interparking. Interparking has the exclusive disposal about this data. The legal requirements are respected by Interparking. This data is stored in a customer database and is only used to process the booking, including our customer service.
Is my online payment safe?
Your online payment is handled safely. The information you entered is secured with a SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer).
